Delivery & Returns

DELIVERY

All UK deliveries are sent 2nd class postage by Royal Mail and will be dispatched within 24 hours of payment being received and cleared. If you have brought several items or a bulk pack, then your order may be sent by a courier which normally is UKMail. They will require a signature upon delivery. If your not in when they deliver then a card will be put through your door regarding re-delivery.

All airmail deliveries are sent by Air-Mail Royal Mail or if over 2kg's by a courier.

Uk deliveries are between 1-3 days but can take upto 10 days if at a peak time. Please see www.royalmail.co.uk for delivery times.

You may collect your order if required and you will need to contact us prior to collection to make sure your order is ready and to let us know when you will be collecting.

If you need your item delivered flat and without any folds in the bags, then this can be done but we will need notice before you buy so we can work out if there will be any added delivery costs which will need to be added to your order.

RETURNS

If your item is faulty or misrepresented then you can return your item for a full refund. Please contact us via the contact us page to tell us the problem. Please note that if you return the item and there is nothing wrong with the product then no refund will be given. All refunds are in full less postage costs. All details will be given once you have contacted us.

All claims for non delivery, faulty goods or any other claims must be notified to us within 7 days from delivery.

All claims after this date will not be considered.
